The Designated Victim

“It was the perfect crime... but who was the victim?”

Stefano Augenti (Tomas Milian) is an ambitious advertising executive stuck in an unhappy marriage to Luisa (Marisa Bartoli). He meets Count Mateo Tiepolo (Pierre Clémenti), a curious hippie, and the two fall into a strange bond. Maurizio Lucidi sets the Count's offer to swap killings against Stefano's wish to be free, and the price of agreeing is a murder with his own name attached.
