The Devil at 4 O'Clock

A volcano is smoldering above a small Pacific island, and Father Matthew Doonan (Spencer Tracy) is the one man who seems to care what it means for the children's leper colony there. He is a crusty, eccentric priest, and the three convicts he recruits would rather be anywhere else. Mervyn LeRoy puts them all to work together, and Harry (Frank Sinatra) and the old priest keep quarreling as the mountain smolders.
