The Devil's Advocate

“The newest attorney at the world's most powerful law firm has never lost a case. But he's about to lose his soul.”

Kevin Lomax (Keanu Reeves) is a young Florida defense lawyer who has never lost a case, and the offer from a New York firm comes at the right moment. Taylor Hackford moves Kevin and his wife Mary Ann (Charlize Theron) into the city, where the firm's owner, John Milton (Al Pacino), gives him bigger cases and a bigger life. Mary Ann starts seeing things that frighten her, and Kevin keeps taking the next case anyway, because winning is the one thing he knows how to do.
