“You can't help but fall.”

In The Devil's Carnival, a theme park run by Lucifer sits in Hell, where its colorful singing carnies take in sinners and make them repeat their transgressions. John (Sean Patrick Flanery) and Tamara (Jessica Lowndes) are among the newly arrived, ushered in by the Ticket-Keeper (Dayton Callie). Darren Lynn Bousman builds each ride around an old fable, and every guest stands to lose whatever they came in still holding.
