“Forgive me father for I am sin”

Jacob Brown (Rufus Sewell) leads an Amish community that believes five girls born within it belong to a Satanic prophecy. The elders insist each one must be cleansed before her eighteenth birthday, and among the girls are Mary (Alycia Debnam-Carey) and Ruth (Adelaide Kane). Christian E. Christiansen keeps the story tight inside the community's walls, so the camera never gives the girls anywhere to look away.
