The Dinner

“How far would you go to protect your children?”

Stan Lohman (Richard Gere) is a congressman in the middle of a campaign, and tonight he has to sit through a long, expensive meal with his brother Paul (Steve Coogan). Their wives sit with them at a high-end restaurant, and the subject is what their sons did together. Oren Moverman lets the courses arrive one after another while old grievances surface, and Paul keeps picking at the thing his brother wants buried.
