The Dirty Picture

Reshma (Vidya Balan) leaves her village for the film industry with nothing but a hunger to be on screen, and the question is how far a girl from nowhere gets in a business that wants only one thing from her. She becomes Silk, a sex symbol whose name sells tickets. Milan Luthria sets her against Abraham (Emraan Hashmi), a critic who despises her work, and the film keeps circling what he wants from her and what she wants from him.
