The Double

“Keep your enemies close”

Paul Shepherdson (Richard Gere) spent his career chasing the Soviet assassin Cassius and is sure the man died years ago. Then a US senator turns up murdered with Cassius's trademark on the body, and Paul's old supervisor Tom Highland (Martin Sheen) pulls him back in beside Ben Geary (Topher Grace), a rookie FBI agent who wrote his thesis on that very hunt. Michael Brandt puts both men to work on a killing that could unravel everything Paul believes about his past.
