The Driller Killer

“The Blood Runs In Rivers... And The Drill Keeps Tearing Through Flesh And Bone.”

Reno Miller (Abel Ferrara), a painter in New York, is losing his grip under the weight of unpaid bills and two roommates who depend on him. Ferrara, who also directs, builds the pressure from small things: the rent, the unfinished canvases, Al the Landlord (Alan Wynroth) at the door. After dark Reno goes out onto the streets with a power drill, and the film follows him down there, among the derelicts.
