The East

“Spy on us, we'll spy on you.”

A collective known only as The East has been hitting major corporations with covert attacks, and no one outside the group knows who they are. Sarah (Brit Marling), an operative for an elite private intelligence firm, is sent to infiltrate them, with Benji (Alexander Skarsgård) among the people she must get close to. Zal Batmanglij builds the story around a plain question of conviction: how far someone will go for what they believe, and who gets to decide.
