The Edge of Theocracy

Jesus Cristo (Fábio Porchat) is a charismatic leader in the 1st century, and the rumors about him travel faster than he does. Rodrigo Van Der Put follows him through conspiracies, injuries and the friendships that form around him, with Maria (Evelyn Castro) close by and Gregório Duvivier presenting the news as Apresentador do Jerusalém Alerta. The film is about how devotion can harden into fanaticism around the very man who attracted it.
