The Enforcer

“The dirtiest Harry of them all.”

A heavily armed terrorist group made up of angry Vietnam veterans has San Francisco on edge, and nobody knows who they will hit next. Insp. Harry Callahan (Clint Eastwood), reassigned over his usual trouble with the brass, gets a rookie partner he never asked for in Insp. Kate Moore (Tyne Daly). James Fargo, directing his first feature, keeps the camera close and the pace rough, in the grainy manner of the earlier Dirty Harry films.
