The Fanatic

“All he wanted was an autograph.”

Moose (John Travolta) spends his days on the Hollywood boulevards, where all he wants is to be noticed by Hunter Dunbar (Devon Sawa), the action star whose movies he has memorized. Fred Durst follows him as a fan's devotion hardens into a habit of waiting outside gates and showing up where he isn't expected. The film keeps returning to the one-sided bond between Moose and Hunter, a closeness only one of them believes in.
