The Fearless Vampire Killers

“Who says Vampires are no laughing matter?”

In the snowbound mountains of Transylvania, Professor Abronsius (Jack MacGowran) arrives at a village inn with his young apprentice Alfred (Roman Polanski), hunting for proof that vampires exist. Alfred soon has eyes only for Sarah (Sharon Tate), the innkeeper's daughter, and the village keeps its answers to itself. Polanski plays the whole thing as a gothic fairy tale with a straight face and a sly grin.
