The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed

Ann (Joanna Arnow) works a low-level corporate job and keeps up a long-running, casual BDSM arrangement with Allen (Scott Cohen), a man far older than she is. Arnow, who also wrote and directed, tells it in short episodes as the years pass, with her family always arguing in the background. The film is about how a life can stall one small, unresolved week after another.
