“There is no future without it.”

A young woman in a lab bandage drops through the roof of a New York flying taxi in 2257, and nobody can say what she is or why she matters to the survival of the Earth. The cab belongs to Korben Dallas (Bruce Willis), a former special forces major who wanted a quiet shift and now has Leeloo (Milla Jovovich) in the back seat. Luc Besson sends him after four mystical stones with a stranger he has no choice but to protect.
