The Final Girls

“Who will survive?”

Camp Bloodbath is a 1986 slasher about counselors at a summer camp, and its star, Nancy (Malin Akerman), died in a car crash. Her daughter Max (Taissa Farmiga) is dragged to a screening of it years later, and she and her friends end up inside the movie, face to face with her mother. Todd Strauss-Schulson sends them through a story with a maniacal killer in it, and the only way home is to survive the plot, with Max trying to keep her mother alive.
