The Firm

“We come in peace, we leave you in pieces”

Bex Bissell (Gary Oldman) sells houses by day and wants a bigger prize than the job and his quiet home with Sue (Lesley Manville) can give him: to run the best-organised football firm in London. At night he leads Yeti (Phil Davis) and the rest into brawls, drilling them like a business. Alan Clarke shoots it on grainy video, and the strain falls on Bex and Sue, who lie awake in the same bed.
