The First Day of the Rest of Your Life

“This family is your family”

Robert Duval (Jacques Gamblin) and his wife Marie-Jeanne (Zabou Breitman) are raising three children, and the film picks five separate days in their lives, each one seen through a different member of the family. Rémi Bezançon gives Fleur (Déborah François) and her brothers Raphaël (Marc-André Grondin) and Albert (Pio Marmaï) their turns. Any of those days could shift the family's direction, and no one living through them knows it yet.
