The First Power

Det. Russell Logan (Lou Diamond Phillips) is hunting a serial killer through Los Angeles, and the bodies keep turning up with the same mark. His only lead is Tess Seaton (Tracy Griffith), a psychic who sees the murders before they happen. Robert Resnikoff pits them against Patrick Channing (Jeff Kober), a killer with the power to rise from the dead, and every night he stays free costs someone another life.
