Dmitri (Y'lan Noel) wants to survive the night and protect his sister Nya (Lex Scott Davis) when the government opens a twelve-hour window where all crime becomes legal on Staten Island. He navigates the darkening streets as violence erupts around them, unsure who to trust or where safety lies. By dawn, the two of them stand among the wreckage, the island burned and bloodied beyond recognition.
