Ollie (Oliver Hardy) has fallen for Georgette (Jean Parker) and wants nothing more than to marry her. Then he learns she already has a husband, and his heartbreak is bad enough that Stan (Stan Laurel) follows him into the French Foreign Legion. A. Edward Sutherland sends the pair into the desert, where Ollie carries his sorrow like a man who expects the sympathy to come.
