The Forgiveness of Blood

Seventeen-year-old Nik (Tristan Halilaj) and his younger sister Rudina (Sindi Lacej) have plans for their own lives until their father, Mark (Refet Abazi), is accused of murder. Suddenly the household shrinks to what the family can do about it, and what the family can no longer risk doing. Joshua Marston, who shared the Silver Bear for the script, tells it plainly and close to the ground, as the siblings live it.
