“Harold kicks the fun winning Goal.”

Why does a boy nobody likes keep acting as though the whole campus is waiting to love him? Harold Lamb (Harold Lloyd) arrives at college sure he'll be the most popular man there, and the students laugh at his mannerisms instead. With Peggy (Jobyna Ralston) as his one friend, he decides the football team is his way in, though he can't play, and the cost of being wrong is the only thing keeping him from being the campus joke.
