The Frighteners

“No rest for the wicked.”

Frank Bannister (Michael J. Fox), a former architect, makes his living as a small-town exorcist, passing himself off as a man who can see ghosts after the car accident that killed his wife. When people start dying around him, Frank has to work out what is behind the deaths. Peter Jackson plays the dead as petty, bored and talkative, and the whole story keeps asking how a person goes on after losing someone.
