The Garden

A woman (Tilda Swinton) gives birth and is chased by a pack of paparazzi, camera flashes trailing her as she runs. Elsewhere, two men who are lovers marry and are arrested, then mocked, tarred, feathered and beaten. Derek Jarman tells it with almost no dialogue, using the story of Christ's crucifixion to speak of how gay men were shunned during the AIDS crisis.
