The Garden of Sinners: Paradox Spiral

“"This spiral called Life, accumulated over several miracles and opportunities."”

Tomoe Enjou (Tetsuya Kakihara) is cornered by bullies from his old school until Shiki Ryougi (Maaya Sakamoto) steps in, and he asks her to hide him, confessing that he has killed someone. Days pass with no news of the murder, and when the victims are found, they are alive and unharmed. Takayuki Hirao follows Tomoe through that gap, and what stays on screen is Tomoe, still hiding, still sure of what he did.
