The Geisha Boy

(1958)Directed by Frank Tashlin98 minComedy
“MORE THAN GREAT COMEDY HERE'S GREAT ENTERTAINMENT”

Gilbert Wooley (Jerry Lewis) is a second-rate magician shipped to the Pacific to entertain the troops, and his act is barely holding together. Frank Tashlin sends him on to Japan, where he gets attached to a small orphan boy, and the rabbit in his act is part of the bargain. The boy gives Gilbert a reason to keep doing tricks, and Gilbert gives the boy someone who stays.
