The Girl Next Door

“In this town, murder became the neighborhood game.”

David Moran (Daniel Manche) is twelve, and what he wants most in the summer of 1958 is to be near the new girl next door. Meg Loughlin (Blythe Auffarth) and her sister have just been orphaned and sent to live with their Aunt Ruth, a woman whose idea of discipline worries him from the start. Gregory Wilson, working from Jack Ketchum's novel, sets the film in a quiet suburb, and David has to decide how much of Meg's danger he will carry.
