The Girl Who Played with Fire

“Fight Fire with Fire”

Mikael Blomkvist (Michael Nyqvist), publisher of Millennium magazine, has spent years exposing corrupt men in Swedish high office when a young journalist brings him a thoroughly researched thesis on sex trafficking. He commits to the story at once, and Lisbeth Salander (Noomi Rapace) is pulled into the trail. Daniel Alfredson directs, in a story where the powerful are shielded by their positions and the girls they abuse have no one to speak for them.
