The Glass Room
In the early 1930s, Liesel Landauer (Hanna Alström) and her husband Viktor (Claes Bang) move into a new house in Czechoslovakia, designed for them by the architect Rainer von Abt (Karel Roden). Her friend Hana (Carice van Houten) is drawn into the household, and her bond with Liesel stretches across the years that follow. Julius Ševčík shot the film in Brno, in the Villa Tugendhat that the house is modeled on.
