The Goldfish

Oliver Overath (Tom Schilling) is a banker who lives fast, until he drives at 230 km/h through a guardrail and wakes in a hospital with a paraplegia diagnosis. His rehabilitation lands him in a shared flat for disabled people, a household that includes Magda (Birgit Minichmayr) and Laura (Jella Haase). Alireza Golafshan writes them as people who needle each other constantly, and Oliver, who has never needed anyone, starts to need them.
