The Good Girls

Sofía (Ilse Salas) wants to keep her place among the wealthy women of Mexico City's Lomas neighborhood, where everyone she knows is tied to the same few families. In 1982, her husband Fernando (Flavio Medina) tells her the economic crisis has reached them, and Alejandra Márquez Abella follows her as she tries to hide it. Money here is a kind of manners, and a woman who has lost it still has to act as though she hasn't.
