The Grand Seduction

“The small town of Tickle Cove needed a doctor. What they got was a miracle.”

Murray French (Brendan Gleeson), the acting mayor of a struggling fishing village, needs a resident doctor before a business contract can come through. A big-city physician, Dr. Lewis (Taylor Kitsch), arrives for a trial stay, and Murray gets the whole town working to make him want to remain. Don McKellar shows a place small enough that everyone has a hand in the plan, and that wants to be chosen.
