The Great Arch

Paris, 1983: the biggest architectural competition ever held ends with a winner nobody saw coming. Johan Otto von Spreckelsen (Claes Bang) is a fifty-year-old teacher from Copenhagen who has built only his own house and three small chapels. Stéphane Demoustier follows him into the work for President Mitterrand (Michel Fau), where an unproven man must turn his design into a monument.
