The Grudge

“It never forgives. It never forgets.”

Karen Davis (Sarah Michelle Gellar), an American nurse working in Tokyo, takes a home-care shift at a house where a curse locks people in a powerful rage before it kills them and moves on to someone new. Takashi Shimizu remakes his own Japanese original, cutting the story into pieces that overlap across different victims. Karen has no idea what she has walked into, and the longer she stays in that house, the less the choice is hers.
