The Guest

Guido (Daniele Parisi) is a man in his thirties whose girlfriend Ginevra has just left him, and he has nowhere of his own to sleep. He moves from one friend's couch to the next, among them Chiara (Silvia D'Amico) and Roberta (Thony), trying to treat the drifting as a chance to start over. Duccio Chiarini keeps the camera close and unhurried, so the film feels like a stay in someone else's apartment.
