The Hallow

“Nature has a dark side.”

Adam Hitchens (Joseph Mawle) is a conservationist from London, sent to survey a stretch of forest in rural Ireland, and he moves his wife Clare (Bojana Novaković) and their infant child into a house at its edge. The local villagers, led by Colm Donnelly (Michael McElhatton), warn them off the trees, and Adam surveys anyway. Corin Hardy keeps the couple in that remote house with the baby between them, listening for what is moving outside.
