The Hateful Eight

Eight strangers who have no reason to trust one another end up sheltered in a stagecoach stopover a decade after the Civil War, with a blizzard sealing the door behind them. John Ruth (Kurt Russell) is hauling Daisy Domergue (Jennifer Jason Leigh) toward the gallows, and Major Marquis Warren (Samuel L. Jackson) has his own reasons for the ride. Tarantino keeps the whole thing in one room and lets the talk grow slow and dangerous.
