The Haunted Castle

Count Oetsch (Lothar Mehnert) walks into a gathering at Castle Vogelod and announces he has come to crash it, and nobody there wants him to stay. The guests have all heard the rumor that he murdered the late husband of Baroness Safferstätt (Olga Tschechowa), who is due to arrive any hour. F. W. Murnau gives Oetsch one night in that house, and he swears he will name the real killer before the weekend is out.
