The Hero

Lee Hayden (Sam Elliott) was the face of the Western once and now makes his living reading barbecue sauce ads in that same gravel voice. He spends his days smoking weed with his old co-star Jeremy Frost (Nick Offerman), until a lifetime achievement award and some unwelcome news change how he counts his time. Brett Haley follows him as he meets Charlotte (Laura Prepon) and tries to reach his daughter Lucy (Krysten Ritter) before there is no time left.
