In 2003, India's intelligence service sends Arun Khanna (Sunny Deol), an undercover spy, after Ishak Khan (Amrish Puri), the ISI chief who is building a nuclear bomb to take Kashmir. Anil Sharma sets the two men against each other in a contest of wits across the border. Arun also has an engagement to a fellow agent, and he has to keep his mission and his own life apart.
