The High Schoolers

Mihai Marinescu (Ștefan Bănică Jr.) comes to a Bucharest high school from the provinces, meaning to spend tenth grade on philosophy and mathematics. Then he notices Dana Vasilescu (Oana Sîrbu), a chess player, and his studies start to slip. Nicolae Corjos follows the two of them through their first romance, and Mihai is left sitting across a chessboard from her, the pieces set out between them.
