The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

“Will you follow me... one last time?”

In the smoking aftermath of Smaug's attack on Laketown, the survivors turn toward Erebor, where Thorin Oakenshield (Richard Armitage) sits atop a mountain of dwarf treasure. Men and elves arrive to claim a share, while Bilbo Baggins (Martin Freeman) and Gandalf (Ian McKellen) watch an Orc army march on the mountain. Peter Jackson fills the screen with armies and the full weight of Middle-earth, closing out the trilogy at the scale of the war itself.
