The Hole in the Ground

“Fear the familiar.”

Sarah O'Neill (Seána Kerslake) moves her young son Chris (James Quinn Markey) to the edge of a backwoods Irish town, trying to leave her past behind. A frightening run-in with a neighbor, Noreen Brady (Kati Outinen), unsettles that new life, and then Chris starts to change in ways Sarah can't explain. Lee Cronin builds a story about a mother who can no longer be sure that the child in front of her is her own.
