The Hound of the Baskervilles

“The Most Horror-Dripping TALE EVER WRITTEN!”

Sir Henry Baskerville (Christopher Lee) inherits the family estate and with it a curse that has followed the line since Sir Hugo Baskerville (David Oxley). Sherlock Holmes (Peter Cushing) is hired to look into it, and he sends Doctor Watson (André Morell) ahead to the house. Terence Fisher, working for Hammer, shot the story in colour for the first time, and the Gothic setting looks it.
