The Hound of the Baskervilles

On the Baskerville estate, a family curse has followed the name down through the generations. Sherlock Holmes (Jeremy Brett) is brought in when the newly inherited house and its owner come under threat, and he takes Dr. Watson (Edward Hardwicke) along. Brian Mills sets a rational man against an old superstition, and the story keeps asking whether a legend can be explained away.
