The House Next Door: Meet the Blacks 2

Carl Black (Mike Epps), a bestselling author, moves his family back into his childhood home and finds a new neighbor next door. Dr. Mamuwalde (Katt Williams) is a pimp who may or may not be a vampire, and Carl has to team up with the oddballs on his street to find out. Deon Taylor plays it as a Fright Night parody, with Epps and Williams trading lines across the fence.
