Brandy (Brandy Schaefer) and her four friends are still carrying what happened last Halloween, when the Blue Skeleton, a group that pushes "extreme haunt" past any limit, took them. They decide the only way forward is back on the road, visiting more haunted attractions to face what scared them. Bobby Roe, who also appears as Bobby, films it in found footage, and the first blue skeleton shows up in the frame again.
