George Reservoir Prison is a notorious, troubled facility, and its warden, William Boss (Dieter Laser), has run out of ideas for controlling it. His accountant, Dwight Butler (Laurence R. Harvey), reminds him of a pair of films about a surgical experiment that joins people together. Tom Six makes Boss and Dwight bound by that one scheme, a warden who bellows and an underling who mostly nods along.
